Registration rates are as follows (all indicated amounts are in EUR):

(1) Discounted rate is available for healthcare related professionals (e.g. educators, nurses, dieticians) other than medical doctors
(2) Discounted rate is available for participants who are students at the time of the congress. The rate is not available for post-doctorate
students. Applicants for the student rate must send proof of studentship/ ID card and a supporting letter from their Dean of studies to the fax number: +32-2-4030830
(3) Discounted rate is available for people who are citizens and residents in one of the listed low-income countries as defined by the World Bank.
Please note that if you are eligible for more than one category, the highest rate will apply except for student rate and World Bank eligibility list countries e.g.
- A student from a World Bank eligibility list country is entitled to the student rate
- A Healthcare Professional from a World Bank eligibility list country is entitled to the World Bank eligibility list country rate
Applications for discounted rates must be accompanied by a copy of an official document. If no proof is included with the registration, the regular rate will apply.
The registration rate includes:
- Admission to programme sessions
- Admission to the exhibition area
- Congress bag containing the final programme and voucher for an abstract CD-ROM
- Invitation to the Opening and Closing ceremony and reception
- Access to on-site internet and message centre
- Lunch box (Monday 19 to Thursday 22 October 2009)
- Public transport ticket
Name change/cancellation
Name change for a confirmed registration will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 EUR per participant.
Cancellation of a confirmed registration will be subject to an administrative fee of 100 EUR per participant.
No changes or cancellations will be accepted by telephone.
Refunds
Please note that if you cancel after 15 September 2009, no refund will be possible.
Please note that any applicable refund will only be reimbursed after the congress.
Payment
Payment should preferably be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA or American Express). Please indicate the card owner’s name (as shown on the card) and the expiry date.

The name and address of the participant should be clearly stated on the bank transfer. Please bear in mind that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard rate), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.
