Group Registrations

Group registration is available for groups of at least 10 participants. One contact person should coordinate with the congress secretariat.

All registration information will be sent to the group contact person only, who will then be responsible for the distribution to the group. No documentation whatsoever will be sent directly to the group participants.

As a group contact person you are not entitled to any of the delegates' benefits (access to the sessions, exhibition etc). If you wish to benefit from the delegates' entitlements you will need to register as a delegate.

You will arrange for payment and administer the individual registrations once the payment has been received on our account.

The group contact person can collect the group registration badges and vouchers from the registration desk at the Palais des Congrès at a pre-arranged time on Saturday 17 October 2009.

The registration rate includes:

  • Admission to programme sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Congress bag containing the final programme and voucher for an abstract CD-ROM
  • Invitation to the Opening and Closing ceremony and reception
  • Access to on-site internet and message centre
  • Lunch box (Monday 19 to Thursday 22 October 2009)
  • Public transport ticket

Additional names / name change / cancellation

The group contact can enter or edit the individual participant details at any time until 15 September 2009.
To add participants to the group the group contact person needs to send a request by e-mail to the congress Registration Coordinator. Upon receipt of payment the group registration will allow for input of the requested number of additional participants.

The list should be completed by 15 September 2009. After the 15 September 2009 a name change for a confirmed registration will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 EUR per participant.
Cancellation of a confirmed registration will be subject to an administrative fee of 100 EUR per participant.

No changes or cancellations will be accepted by telephone.

Refunds

Please note that if you cancel after 15 September 2009, no refund will be possible.
Please note that any applicable refund will only be reimbursed after the congress.

Payment

Payment should preferably be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA or American Express). Please indicate the card owner’s name (as shown on the card) and the expiry date.

You can also pay by direct bank transfer without charges to the beneficiary:

The name and address of the participant should be clearly stated on the bank transfer. Please bear in mind that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard rate), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Upon receipt of payment the group contact person will receive by e-mail a login and password to enter or edit the individual participant details. Required fields are title, full first name, initial(s), last name, country of residence and e-mail address. Individual professional addresses will not be required.
