The exhibition will be held at level 2 of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal with a total gross surface area of approximately 12,000 sq m.
Opening hours
The build-up, opening and dismantling of the exhibition are scheduled as follows:

General information
- The minimum stand size is 9 sq m (3 x 3 meters)
- Exhibition space will be allocated as “space only”, that is, without any prefabricated walls, installations, furniture, carpet, electricity or any other technical supplies.
- For 9 sq m (3 x 3 meters) stands, standard shell scheme, IDF will provide the space with prefabricated walls as separation between stands. The standard shell scheme includes: carpet, 2 spot lights, 2 basic shelves, 1 table and 2 chairs.
- The max. stand height is 5 meters. Double-decker stands as well as platform stands over 2.5 meters are not allowed.
- All peninsula, corner and in-line stands must be separated from the neighbouring stand (s) by means of a separation wall. Over 2.5 meters, the separation wall should be finished or open.
- Allocated exhibition floor space does not include the rental of shell schemes or any other facilities and services.
Payment
- The first installment of 30% of the sum due for the exhibition space is to be paid within 30 days following the issuing of the invoice.
- A second installment of 30% is expected by 18 February 2009.
- The balance of 40% must be paid by 18 August 2009.
- An additional 5 % of the expected installment will be charged by IDF if payment is received any later than three weeks after the due date.
- All extra costs are to be settled directly with the suppliers at a later stage.
Cancellation/reduction of exhibition space
The exhibitor cancelling or reducing his reservation of exhibition space after his official application has been accepted will be liable to pay the following fees.
- If the space can be reallocated to another company, the exhibitor will receive a full refund of deposits paid, less an administrative fee representing 10% of the total fee, minimum 100 EUR.
- If the space cannot be reallocated to another company, the company cancelling the reservation will have to pay the full fee.
Any refunds of deposits paid will be made after the congress but no later than 31 December 2009. The exhibitor will not be entitled to any interest that the organizer may have derived from the deposits. All bank charges, including sender’s and receiver’s charges, resulting from a refund related to cancellation or reduction of exhibition space will be at the charge of the exhibitor.
Subletting/sharing exhibition space
The exhibitor shall neither share nor sublet the whole or part of the allocated exhibition space to a third party without the written agreement of the organizer.
